Kitchen & Bathroom Remodeling in Buckeye and Maricopa County
Buckeye has been our home base since Greg Jarzabek launched Sundance Remodeling in January 2025, and it is one of the fastest-growing cities in the country. Most homes here were built after 2004 in master-planned communities such as Verrado, Sundance, Tartesso, Festival Ranch and Sun City Festival, with a pocket of older houses near downtown and Monroe Avenue. Out here, the White Tank Mountains fill the view and Skyline Regional Park is a weekend habit, and homeowners tend to stay put and invest in the house they have. The requests we hear most are about replacing builder-grade kitchens and baths: swapping thin oak-look cabinets and laminate for solid cabinetry and stone, trading a fiberglass tub-shower for a tiled walk-in shower, opening up a closed-off floor plan, or finishing an interior that was left plain when the home was new.
Beyond Buckeye, we serve the entire Phoenix Valley, including Maricopa County and the West Valley, from Goodyear, Avondale and Litchfield Park up through Surprise, Peoria and Glendale. Farther north, the 1960s–1990s retirement homes of Sun City and Sun City West still hold many original kitchens and bathrooms, where a walk-in shower, brighter lighting and reachable storage change daily life. Local experience matters here for practical reasons. Hard water etches glass and wears out fixtures and grout faster than in most of the country, so finish choices deserve care. Many neighborhoods require HOA design approval for certain changes, and desert heat affects how materials, adhesives and finishes behave. We help you plan around all three, and we always suggest confirming specific rules with your HOA and city before work begins.
